All VIP applications are manually reviewed by our festival committee to ensure the best possible experience for our media partners. Please understand that space is extremely limited and approval is not guaranteed. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email with next steps and access details within 5 business days of submission.
This registration is for complimentary VIP access to the festival market only. It does not include travel support, accommodation, or financial compensation for coverage. All logistical arrangements and costs associated with visiting the Peony Festival remain the full responsibility of the approved attendee.
